Making Space for a New Season

As September comes to a close, I always feel a pull to slow down. The days are still warm here in Temecula, but the mornings are softer, the light feels different, and there’s something in the air that whispers transition.

Fall has always been my favorite time for creating space — in my home, in my routines, and in the way I care for myself. It’s a season of release before winter asks us to go deeper inward.
For me, this looks like small rituals: steeping a pot of tea, using my cupping tools to ease tension, or taking a few extra minutes at night for breath and stillness. These little moments remind me that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated — it just needs to feel intentional.
✨ This fall, I’m making space inside Apotheke too.
I’ll be clearing a few products off my shelves with a 25% off seasonal sale so I can welcome in something I’ve been dreaming of since I chose the name Apotheke:
A collection that’s less about skincare… and more about self-care.
Think: herbal teas to calm and ground, tinctures for stress and hormones, and tools to support your daily rituals. My hope is that it becomes a little sanctuary of items that help you reconnect with yourself, long after you’ve left the facial bed.
🍁 If you’d like to peek at what’s leaving to make space, you can find the sale here: [Shop the Sale]
Here’s to creating room for what nourishes us — in our skin, our homes, and in our everyday rituals.
With care,
Erica
