Apotheke Skin Studio facials are equal parts technique and intuition.
As a holistic esthetician in Temecula, my work blends advanced facial techniques with intuitive assessment, honoring the body’s natural healing intelligence and nervous system balance.
During a facial, I’ll be reading your face and feeling for signs of where your body is holding onto stress and tension, where lymph is stagnating and where imbalances are present.
Most of my clients are surprised that they’ve been holding onto so much tension in their face and the physical and emotional transformation that comes from releasing this.
Through touch alone, I can assess the state of your nervous system and tailor the session to bring your body back into balance via a calm nervous system that allows fascia and muscular tension to be released and lymph flow to be restored.
My intuitive, hands-on assessment allows me to pinpoint what your skin and body needs and bring them back into harmony. Subtle shifts in your breath and muscle response tell me when to use softer or deeper touch or let the nervous system reset.

The focus of the session is personalized to the patterns I can sense and feel in your face, including the depth and style of massage and whether we integrate tools ex. gua sha, cupping, microcurrent or facial reflexology.

Not at all. This facial is designed specifically to uncover the stories your skin is holding and I use this to assess the treatments that will benefit you most. For future facials, I’ll use what your skin needs in the moment to deliver what it most needs.

That depends entirely on your skin and nervous system. This will be discussed after your Skin Discovery Facial, based on what your skin and body communicates.
